Love this cat basket is my 3rd one but this is the nicest so very well made just can’t attach to my cat tree at the moment the screw on one of the holes is not long enough so not sure how to fix the problem yet I may have to buy another scratching pole to attach it to

The hammock is really sturdy and developed and designed with quality parts. Thank you for also including the correct screws as well with easy to follow instructions.

I ordered a replacement Sisal Pole 50 cm x 20 cmØ - M10 (Blackline) × 1 for my Cat Tree. The delivery service was very quick and it was easy to replace the old one with the new one.

Great product and so good to get parts. My cat tree is 8 years old and has survived 4 cats, 2 being Maine Coons. Very well made. Service and delivery excellent.

My cat is about 4kg, but also a bit old and arthritic and not the most coordinated of ladies.
This tree is fantastically sturdy and the massive steps mean she doesn't have to be super precise with where she jumps.
This cat tree was a bit taller than her last one, and even though I thought she'd live that, she found it pretty scary. As it turns out, the way the screws and assembly work on the cat tree mean that you can remove a whole section and still reconnect everything. We'd spent about a month trying to coax her up, but as soon as we dropped the height she became way more confident with it. She now has a cat tree at 2/3 the original height and LOVES IT.
Love this product - I'm so much more confident in the safety and durability than other (cheaper) cat trees I've owned.

Henry my Burmese loved his Cat Tree from the moment the box arrived. I hadn’t even finished assembling and he was in it. It is very solid and quite large. My only concern is him getting up to the top shelf as it is quite a stretch for my slightly chonky Burmese. I suspect I may need to buy a second one so he has the same quality in each room… I feel it’s the cat version of going from economy to business class and never being able to go back!

Part of the tree had been broken when it arrived, i sent an email and the next day got a notification that a replacement part was on its way , so quick. The tree itself is huge and looks wonderful in the house

I purchased two of these hammocks to replace existing ones on a cat tree I brought years ago. Very easy to take apart and replace. I love the fact that I can buy parts for my large corner cat tree instead of having to replace the whole unit. It is such good quality you don't need to replace the whole thing and it's wonderful environmentally, to not have to replace the whole unit and just grab replacement parts when needed. Thanks. I will add though that customer expectations do need to be managed a little bit in regards to postage and not sending a person's order out all in one go perhaps if people are aware of a shortage or that their postage, separately and therefore will take longer, they won't get so irritated and stressed out, otherwise always fantastic service.

I needed a smaller cat tree to sit beside my desk for work at home. My cat loves to sit on my keyboard purring her little heart out and introducing all sorts of typos into my work! I tried a cat bowl on the end of the desk but she just wouldn't go into it, let alone sleep in it. So happy to find the ragdoll lounge. It's the perfect height to stand beside my desk. My cat jumped right up into it instead of walking all over my desk and keyboard and now she sleeps there for hours each day while I'm working. She's happy and I'm happy :)
