He loves all parts, even the large cups, particularly if he's cold. It's very stable and heavy- the weak, unstable trees are the one most cats won't touch as they don't feel safe. He loves scratching it on each level. He can spread out on the top level and because the edges are high, he feels safe. Cushion on top can be removed.
It's our 3rd or 4th order from cat tree king, you can buy cheaper scratching posts but what you'll get is junk. These are not only are strong and durable, they look great!
After about 7 years, the hammocks that came with my order were still structurally sound but were becoming a little worn and see through in the fabric. These were a perfect replacement as expected, and my cats are all happy with their brand new nests.
My cats absolutely love their new cat tree, they already had one which they fight over . This one is so tall they love it.
We bought this when we had an old lady cat and were planning to adopt a couple kittens. We wanted something that would hold up well and be safe for multiple cats. Well it has been used and abused the last 3 yrs. A momma cat left us a litter of 3 week old kittens. So now we have 5 cats ranging in weight between 20 and 25 pounds. This tree has been a dream. The now massive kittens play on it constantly. It's a little worse for wear appearing, nothing a new upholstery wouldn't fix. But it has held up to constant use still in perfect condition almost 7 yrs. Well worth the money if you have large or multiple cats.
Unfortunately in the 3wks I've had it my cats will still not go on it. Nice product but a lot of money spent for something they are not using 😞
I wish there was another way for my cats to access the top. My male maincoon will not go thru the holes to get there But it is a nice product.
With 7kg boy cat 🐈, big is good the tree is rock solid jumping climbing scratching he's doing it all & the cat tree 🌳 is holding up.to.its reputation 😉
I really like almost everything about this cat tree. It looks great, feels sturdy and well built, and overall the quality is excellent. Unfortunately, there is one design flaw that is significant enough that it really affects how much my cats can actually enjoy and use the tree
The platform directly below the very top section is simply too narrow. My cats often struggle to get enough footing or space to make the jump up to the top. They have missed the jump several times, and there have even been a couple of occasions where they fell or went off the side while trying. Because of this, they have become hesitant to climb to the upper portion and don’t use the tree out of fear.
It’s especially disappointing because the top section is one of the nicest features of the tree, but it isn’t very useful if the cats can’t comfortably and safely reach it. For the price, I really wish they had made that lower platform wider or added another step to provide a safer route to the top.
I genuinely love the construction, appearance, and overall quality. If the access to the top were redesigned, I would be extremely happy with it. Unfortunately, such a small design choice has a surprisingly has a big impact on an otherwise excellent cat tree
My big boys absolutely love this cat tree! I bought a cheapo one that they never use and can't fit into. Thought I would invest in this one and it looks great and our kings love it. They can even snuggle together on it 🥰

It's the perfect size and so well made. It shipped quickly. My cat refuses to use it, but I'm hoping eventually she'll see something out the window and forget that she's boycotting it. I had a really soft long cushion on top of something at that window, and this isn't to her liking. Cats.
We have just adopted a very sad Maine Coon (ex stud) who has been locked in a tiny cage for the entire 4 years of his short life. He is very scared, but has come out to scratch on his Cat Tree King Post and loves to sit on the shelf and feels safe in the hidey hole. Great product, highly recommend. We might need another one for downstairs once he gets brave enough to explore the house :)

The cat tree itself is absolutely brilliant and genuinely worth every cent. It is incredibly well made, sturdy, looks fantastic and my cats love it. I would happily recommend the actual product to anyone looking for a quality cat tree.
Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been a completely different story. Communication has been poor and dealing with customer service has been frustrating and disappointing.
It’s such a shame because you have an excellent product that deserves excellent customer service to match. I would happily buy another Cat Tree King product based on the quality of the tree itself, but the customer service experience would definitely make me think twice.
Bought this to supplement the Cat Trone XXL that my cats sleep on. It lives in the sitting room and my two cats give it a real workout, flying at it and scratching vigorously. If I could have customised a scratching tree, I would have preferred a taller post - say 110 cm - with a ledge on top rather than a bed. My young Siamese and Tonkinese cats like to really stretch up to scratch and this is not quite tall enough. I recently handed on a Royal Suite tree after many years and we certainly got value from that.

Our Maine coons have loved their old cushion to death so it was time to replace it. What I love about cat tree king is, if a part is getting a bit ratty you can just order that part & replace it.
Ok it took awhile to put it together, and l mixed up a piece and had to redo. But totally worth it. The cats were right besides me as l built it, and super excited to finally be able to sit at the very top. l already had a previous Cat tree king tower for over 8 years so loved by my cats,l had to get another one.
We've had 2 Cat Tree King cat trees for 2 years and they're still looking fabulous with our 2 Maine Coons! We can't be more pleased. Apparently hanging their paws over the edge is comfortable. On these big trees, they can both stretch out or take a long nap.
