My cats love this Big Cat tower, the 2 younger cats race up and down all day fighting over favorite spots and playing. The older “supervisor” cat loves to perch up high and watch us all, and the non-climbing cat is glad they’re all off her favorite chairs. As for the humans, we think it’s very attractive looking in our living room, and thrilled with how sturdy it is no matter how many big or little cats are wrestling on it.
After a few bumps in packaging that was resolved. I do wish a phone # was made available. It would of made things easier. But we love our king tree. Our two Coons love them. The king trees are sturdy and we needed that with two 25 plus pound Maine Coons
